Water retention, yes or no ??
Many women complain of heavy legs, swollen, or simply too thick for their beauty canon.Let's start first by the body biotype . The women
are predominantly a gynoid biotype (pear-shape body) whose
characteristics are: an adipose tissue distribution mainly
on the lower half of the body, the basin's circumference is largest than the shoulder's , they tend to burn little fat, in general, a waist / hip ratio <0.78.This
fat distribution is because of female hormones and persists until menopause. After this age the female adipose tissue increases in
the upper body too and becomes similar to a male
(Android biotype). That's why is called gynoid biotype.This pear shape is not only women' s body type, there are also males , unfortunately.The
apple shape, is a typical male body type, but there are also
women : waist slightly marked, characterized by the
fat accumulation in the neck, shoulders, arms, breasts, chest, lower
back, abdominal area, above the navel, waist / hip ratio greater than 0.80.Values between 0.95 and 1 expresses a pathological distribution of adipose tissue. For living healthy and long life the woman must always belong to gynoid biotype at any age, having a waist / hip ratio value less than 0.80.Now turn back to water retention.The thigh' s volume consists of: bone, muscle, fat, water and skin. To minimize the circumference must work on the fat and the 'extracellular water. The extracellular water 'excessis is nothing more than water retention.It
's very easy and quick to see if we have the water retention by doing this: press your finger on the tested surface for 4-5 seconds and see if it forms or not a clear halo. The more clear the halo is, the more water retention we have. For low water retention percentage, the halo disappears immediately
(longer stays, highest water percentage we have).If there is not a clear halo means that we don't have water retention.Water
retention can be fought by consuming less salt, drinking cleansing herbal tea , draining massage and lots of physical activity.
